Keith Pollizatto is entering his 26th year with the Schenectady City School District and his second year as head varsity football coach. In addition to coaching football, Pollizatto is a global history teacher and the head coach of the Schenectady/Mohonasen girls’ lacrosse team. He started his coaching journey in 1995 at Bethlehem High School after finishing his playing career at UAlbany. CoachPollizatto later earned a master's degree in education and began his tenure at the Schenectady City School District in 1999.
Throughout his coaching career, Coach Pollizatto has worked with several schools, including Albany, Schenectady, Niskayuna, Schalmont, and Mohonasen, primarily in defensive assistant roles. He has also coached junior varsity girls' basketball for 17 years across Schenectady and Mohonasen.
Coach Pollizatto is married to his wife, Jill, and they have two children: Alexandria - who attends Ithaca College, and Aiden - who attends the University of Buffalo.

Coach Watson is the Assistant Coach of the Schenectady High School Tackle Football program. He has been coaching tackle football since 1992 in New York City. He studied at the College of Staten Island, earning a degree in Psychology, and later received his Master's in Physical Education at Brooklyn College.
After leaving NYC, Coach Watson accepted a position at Schenectady CSD in 2001. Throughout his tenure, he has coached various sports, including Football, Softball, Track and Field, Bowling, and Golf at Schenectady. Additionally, he has experience coaching football and softball as well as serving as a strength and conditioning coach for Niskayuna HS.
Coach Watson is Nationally Board Certified in Physical Education and has been recognized as a former Teacher of the Year for Schenectady. He is married to his wife, Kimberly, with children: Daniel, Finley, Avery and Axyl.
